1. Scope and operator

This draft separates the public PaperX marketing website from the browser extension and its optional cloud account system. The responsible legal entity and privacy contact remain to be provided.

2. This public website

The website supports optional X sign-in through the existing Supabase identity system. The account dashboard displays basic X profile details, the PaperX account identifier and resolved membership access. Essential website session cookies keep customers signed in. There is no payment flow, advertising tracker, analytics integration or contact-form backend. The product demonstrations run in browser memory using illustrative values and do not access a portfolio or send trades.

A future hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and user-agent data. Hosting, logs, retention, cookies and any future analytics must be reviewed and described before launch.

3. The PaperX extension

The inspected extension supports browser-local paper trading data and optional X-linked cloud portfolios. The website uses the same Supabase identity, with a separate browser session, and does not display extension trade records. Cloud portfolio synchronization continues to happen in the extension. A final policy must describe the exact account fields, trade data, notes, settings, processors, transfers and deletion procedures used by the released extension.

4. Third-party services and links

Trading platforms, X, a future Chrome Web Store listing and any deployed hosting services operate separately. Document their roles and relevant privacy notices before publication. A link does not connect your account automatically.

5. Retention, choices and rights

To be finalized: local and cloud retention periods; export and deletion procedures; account disconnection; regional rights; request verification; response timelines; children’s privacy; and international data transfers. This draft makes no commitment on these points.
